Erin Kelly

Sunshine Coast University Hospital

Erin Kelly is the First Nations Deady Steps Research Project Coordinator and a proud descendant of the Innigai people, of the Longreach region of Queensland. With a background in the child safety sector, Erin has dedicated her career to supporting families and communities on the Sunshine Coast.
Her passion for improving outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples has guided her work within Queensland Health, both on the front line in Emergency Administration and as a valued member of the Data Validation Team. Erin continues to advocate for meaningful representation and culturally safe practices that strengthen connections between health services and First Nations communities.
