The GCCEC requires each item delivered to the Centre to be clearly labelled with the correct GCCEC Delivery Label. Please tick only one section of the label to determine if your goods are for the exhibition, satchel packing or organiser’s office.
If you are using your own transport provider, please ensure an authorised representative will be on-site at the time of delivery. You can also submit an Authority to Sign and Freight Form to GCCEC to authorise GCCEC to sign and accept the freight on the customers or authorised representative’s behalf (Terms and Conditions apply).
Deliveries are to be made via the Loading Dock which is accessed from the Gold Coast
Highway at the northern end of the GCCEC. Goods will not be accepted at any other point.
Loading Dock hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm.
It is the responsibility of all persons accessing the Loading Dock to:
- Ensure all goods are packaged correctly prior to arrival for safe unloading while on site.
- Abide by a strict 30-minute drop-off / pick-up time limit for all vehicles.
- Supply sufficient team members for loading / unloading of transport vehicles in a timely, safe and non-disruptive manner.
Ensure the GCCEC delivery label is cleared affixed to all items that will be delivered.

Important: Deliveries to the venue must take place within the official move in window as outlined in the exhibition hours. Deliveries must not arrive before 0730 on Friday 21 November. Any deliveries received before this time will be turned away.
