You are encouraged to contact Gel Events as soon as you have confirmed your exhibition booth to ensure you are provided with accurate deadlines for your location.

Delivery of items to the GCCEC

Must not be delivered before 0730 on Friday 21 November

Download Delivery Label. If you are using your own transport provider, You/your transport provider will need to use the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre Dispatch Label.

You can also submit an Authority to Sign and Freight Form to GCCEC to authorise GCCEC to sign and accept the freight on the customers or authorised representative’s behalf (Terms and Conditions apply).
