There is a two-step approval process required for custom stands.

Email your custom stand design to the meeting managers via info@acem2025.com. Submit your custom stand plans to the GCCEC Exhibitor Services via email.

Delivery of items to the GCCEC

Must not be delivered before 0730 on Friday, 21 November

All items being delivered to the GCCEC loading dock must have a delivery label completed and attached.

You may also submit an Authority to Sign and Freight Form to GCCEC to authorise GCCEC to sign and accept the freight on the customers or authorised representative’s behalf (Terms and Conditions apply).

Collection of items from GCCEC

Must be collected by 1730 on Thursday, 27 November

To assist with courier pickups and movement of items to the Loading Dock for dispatch, please ensure each item is labelled with a completed GCCEC Dispatch Label.

All goods requiring collection must be transferred to the loading dock prior to 5:30pm on Thursday 27 November. Goods must be collected from the loading dock within 24 hours after the conclusion of the event. Loading Dock hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:30pm.

Important: There are no exceptions to the deadline for collection. Any items left after this time will be discarded by the venue.
