- To ensure the safety of the event, the management will implement the following measures:
- Photography, videography and recording of interviews must be conducted by official ACEM Media Partners and must be scheduled and recorded in a booth and/or a designated room or enclosed location in the Hall. Exhibitors hiring or inviting media partners should notify ACEM.
- By entering the premises of the venue, you give ACEM the permission to be photographed, audio recorded, and video recorded during ACEM ASM 2025.
- Photo, Audio & Video Materials can be used by ACEM for documentation and future external communication purposes, including but not limited to, releases, advertising and marketing as well as posts on the College’s official Social Media account (s) and website.
