A FACEM since 1997, over 50 research articles, H-index 23. Special interests in systems research, access block, crowding and diagnostics. Advocacy as AMAWA/ Fed AMA/ ASMOF/ACEM representaive over many years. Still a (just ) practising FACEM and recent 6 years as a Medical co-director, learning how the sausage is made, and that our inpatient teams care and do good work – the key issues are our dysfunctional health system(s). Other interests-politics, hockey, golf, rugby (retired), travel, advocacy, film, environmental issues.
