Ellen Is a senior staff specialist at Princess Alexandra Hospital and has led health system improvements through clinical co-design, translational research, scale and spread of innovative models of care and policy reform. She is chair of the Geriatric Emergency Medicine Network for ACEM, a senior lecturer for University of Queensland and has been awarded a PhD for development of a quality framework for care of older persons in ED.
