Dr. Eve Purdy, an emergency physician and applied anthropologist, completed medical school and residency at Queen’s University. Now at Gold Coast Hospital and Bond University, she uses team science, simulation, and ethnography to explore how culture shapes care, aiming to strengthen teamwork, relational coordination, and psychological safety in emergency settings.
