Jackie Leach Scully is Professor of Bioethics, and Director of the Disability Innovation Institute, at UNSW, Sydney. She has a particular interest in the bioethics of disability, and in ethical issues of healthcare in situations of disaster, global health emergencies, and humanitarian crisis.
