Associate Professor Dr Jamie Ranse is recognised internationally for his work on strengthening health systems for disruptive events that are either unplanned (such as disasters / public health emergencies / extreme weather) or planned (such as mass gatherings / major events / deliberate acts of harm). Jamie has over 135 peer-reviewed publications in disaster and mass gathering health. His work is supported by over AUD$8.9M in research funding.
