Mat is a passionate Staff Specialist in Emergency Medicine currently living and working on the Gold Coast. His medical career has seen him work up and down the east coast of Australia in remote, regional and metropolitan health settings. He has an interest in evidence based medicine, best practice and bedside teaching. He would best be described as a hospitalist, having gained broad general experience in acute and critical care.
