Nancy Sadka is an Emergency Physician working at Western Health in Victoria and the Director of Simulation Program at Western Health. Nancy is passionate about the application of translational simulation as an integral part of quality improvement, system design, education, and high-performance team training. Recognising the value that simulation can bring to improving patient care, supporting staff wellbeing, improving healthcare systems, and transforming culture has been a key learning which has shaped Nancy’s career.
