Shih-Ning Then is a Professor at QUT’s Law School and Deputy Director of the Australian Centre for Health Law Research. She collaborates across disciplines in the areas of substituted and supported decision-making for adults, paediatric healthcare, end of life legal issues, and organ and tissue donation. She is currently a member of the Queensland Children’s Hospital Clinical Ethics Consultation Service and QIMR-Berghofer Human Research Ethics Committee. Shih-Ning is part of the End of Life Law for Clinicians (ELLC) team funded by the Dept of Health and Ageing that delivers training to improve clinicians’ knowledge of end of life law through free online training.
