This post-course workshop will focus on practical skills including casualty retrieval, water-based rescue techniques, and breath-hold safety, alongside sessions delving into the global landscape of drowning prevention, marine-related trauma, and surf event medicine.
Delivered by a multidisciplinary faculty from the Gold Coast Health, Bond University and Surf Medicine International, this workshop offers a unique opportunity to build capability in managing emergencies where land meets sea.
